Al-Mustaqbal Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications is pleased to announce a new scientific achievement by Prof. Dr. Nidhal Khdhair Al-Abbadi, through the publication of a research paper in the field of Image Processing and Computer Vision. The research focuses on advanced techniques for image restoration and inpainting using modern artificial intelligence models. The study proposes a novel framework that combines Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and Aggregated Output Transformers (AOT) to significantly enhance the quality of image recovery. This achievement reflects the ongoing research excellence at our Center. Al-Mustaqbal University is ranked first among private universities in Iraq.

Training Workshop for Faculty Members of the College of Medical and Health Technologies on AI Tools in Scientific Research

Academic Visit to Monitor Summer Training at the AI Center

On Saturday, July 12, 2025, Ms. Zainab Kadhim, the Summer Training Coordinator at the Department of Computer Engineering Technologies – College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies, visited the Center of Al-Mustaqbal for Artificial Intelligence Applications at Al-Mustaqbal University. The purpose of the visit was to follow up on the department’s students during their ongoing summer training program at the center. She reviewed the practical workshops, training content, and met with the supervising team to discuss strategies for enhancing students' hands-on experience in alignment with modern engineering specializations. Training Workshop on Designing Interactive Interfaces for Arduino Projects Using RemoteXY Platform

As part of the summer training program for students of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies, the Center of Al-Mustaqbal for Artificial Intelligence Applications at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a hands-on training workshop entitled: 🔹 "Designing Interactive Interfaces for Arduino Projects Using RemoteXY Platform" The workshop was held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, and was presented by Eng. Mohammed Saad Abees, a specialist in embedded systems and AI applications. The session aimed to introduce students to the design of user-friendly graphical interfaces via smartphones to control Arduino-based projects using the RemoteXY platform. The training included practical implementation combining coding and circuit design. The workshop witnessed remarkable interaction from the students, who actively participated in live demonstrations and discussions on how to apply these concepts in their graduation projects.
