In a move that reflects the commitment to preserving the environment and promoting sustainability, the spring planting campaign continues under the slogan “Our environment is our responsibility.” The Department of Fuel and Energy Technologies Engineering participated in the agricultural campaign in the corridors of the university under the direct supervision of the Head of the Department of Fuel and Energy Technologies Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Malik Mustafa Muhammad, the respected, and all the department staff and students of the department.
The campaign included planting many environmentally friendly trees, which are characterized by their tolerance to drought and high temperatures, with the aim of increasing the area of agricultural land and contributing to reducing accelerating climate changes.
This campaign comes within the university's efforts to contribute effectively to developing vegetation and maintaining environmental balance, as well as to enhance awareness of the importance of preserving the environment among its students and faculty members. By paying attention to green spaces, we all seek to build a more sustainable and healthy environment for our future and for future generations.
