In implementation to the directives of Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and in accordance with the Ministry’s orientations that aim to consolidating bonds of cooperation in the Scientific, Academic and Research Fields between Public and Private Universities, a delegation representing Al-Mustaqbal University has paid a visit to University of Mosul.
We should note that the delegation has included Prof Dr. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific & Academic Supervision, as well as Dr. Riyad Hamid Salman, Director of Quality Assurance, and they have been warmly received by Prof Dr. Qusay Al-Ahmadi, President of Mosul University with his Scientific Assistant, Prof Dr. Munir Salem. During the Meeting, they have discussed the possibility of cooperating in a number of areas of common interest that have finally led to signing a Memorandum of Scientific & Cultural Understanding between them.
We should note however that the Memorandum has included cooperation in several issues, such as Exchange of Experiences in the Fields of Teaching and Mutual Scientific Research, as well as organizing Conferences, Seminars and Workshops, in addition to activating Academic Visits at the level of Students and Researchers.
Besides, the Memorandum has also incorporated Cooperation and Coordination in the field of developing Academics Competences, Students Summer Training, Supervision of Post-Graduate Students, all along with benefiting from successful experiences in the field of Sustainable Development Goals, Updating Curricula, and the possibility of initiating pioneering projects that embody the concept of a Productive University.
It is worth noting that the Memorandum has been signed by Prof Dr. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific & Academic Supervision, representing Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and Prof Dr. Qusay Al-Ahmadi, President of Mosul University, where both Parties have emphasized the necessity of activating the Memorandum Articles through joint communication and coordination.
