Part of his permanent pursue to the various aspects of performance, Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, has convened a Meeting with Members of Scientific Departments at the University Presidency. During the Meeting, Prof Dr. Majdi has emphasized the need to exert all possible efforts to achieve the best levels of performance, working in a Team Spirit so as to maintain the Advanced Positions already achieved in the various fields of Scientific Circles, including activation of Scientific Research Movement, promotion of Sustainability, Establishment of Partnerships, in addition to activating Agreements with International and Local Universities. Other aspects have been taken into consideration as well, which comprise Quality, Achievement of Accreditation at both programmatic and institutional parts, Planning, Qualifications, Employment, Women Affairs, as well as activating Research Centers that have been established earlier this year.
Besides, the University President has confirmed that performance of all members shall be evaluated according to fair standards that rely on commitment, integrity, transparency and speed of response to implementation. Thus, we shall make the evaluation process an incentive to come up with the best results in performance.
On another issue, the University President has stressed the necessity of being highly committed to answering Official Letters on time without any delay, specifically, the Monthly and Quarterly Reports requested by the Ministry, as being specified in advance.
It is remarkable to note that the Meeting has been attended by Assist Prof Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, the President Assistant for Scientific Affairs, as well as Prof Dr. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific & Academic Supervision.
