In implementation to the Directives of Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, which in one part focus on Active Participation at Local & International Scientific Forums, a Delegation representing Al-Mustaqbal University has participated in 3rd International Scientific Conference for Engineering Sciences & Advanced Technologies that has been organized by College of Engineering at Al-Qadisiyah University, in Cooperation with the American Rochester Institute of Technology in the United Arab Emirates during 16th & 17th April 2024.
It is remarkable to note that the Delegation has included Prof Dr. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific & Academic Supervision, and Prof Dr. Azher M. Abid, Dean of Engineering College.
The Opening Session of the Conference has witnessed Presentations delivered by Key Speakers representing International Universities, then followed by Specialized Research Sessions during which many Research Papers related to the Conference Themes have been submitted and discussed.
On the sideline of the Conference, a Meeting has been convened with Dr. Yousif Assaf, Dean of Rochester Institute, during which possible prospects of cooperation with Al-Mustaqbal University have been reviewed, especially issues related to benefiting from Successful Experiences of establishing Real Partnerships with the Industry Sector, in addition to adopting Joint Qualitative Programs at Post-Graduate Level. Besides, the Delegation has been taken in a Field Tour through Rochester Institute, visiting Workshops, Laboratories and Research Centers. Finally, we should note that Rochester Institute is affiliated with University of Rochester in the United States of America.
It is worth noting that Al-Mustaqbal University has participated in the Conference through Scientific Committees, as well as in a number of Academic Papers in the Field of Energy Efficiency and its Improvement.
