Due to the vitality of Women Health Protection, and under the Guidance of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Women Empowerment Division, in cooperation with College of Law, organized on Saturday 23rd March 2024 a Scientific Symposium entitled
"Importance of Women Health Protection"
It is remarkable to note that the Symposium Lecture has been delivered by the Academic Ms. Reyam Hussein Waheed, being directly supervised by Prof Dr. Sahira Qahtan Abdul-Jabbar, Head of Women Empowerment Division.
It is worth noting that the Scientific Symposium has been addressing issues related to Women Health Care, especially if we take into consideration that Women in our Society are exposed to Serious Discrimination, and that Most Women are not given the opportunity to reach their goals. Accordingly, Al-Mustaqbal University has established a Division for Women Empowerment, so that they could effectively work on achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals No. 03 & No. 05 that call for ensuring Healthy Lives, promoting well-being for all women and achieving Gender Equality and empowering all Women & Girls.
