As per the directives issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research that emphasize the necessity to pay high attention to the procedures of safety and security inside Universities and Colleges so that risk of fires, especially in hot weather, a workshop related to the issue stated above has been organized by the Administrative & Financial Department / Civil Defence Division.
The workshop has been attended by a number of officials at the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, namely, Chief Engineer Raghad Ali Kadhim, Director of Maintenance, Mr. Mustafa Jabir, Head of Civil Defence, and Mr. Muhammad Nasser, an official at the Occupational Safety, in addition to Lieutenant Qusay Khazaal, representing Al-Shorja Sector of Civil Defence.
