Wrestling was one of the first of these sports, and it flourished in ancient times, especially in the Roman era, when the emperors organized circles around arenas in which convicts wrestled to death, either among themselves or with predatory animals. Wrestling was also widely practiced in all ancient civilizations because of its display of strength and courage, especially among the warriors, in addition to other sports such as fencing, equestrian, archery, swimming, jumping and running... Dancing was also a sports practice that expresses the religious rites of ancient societies and with the development of human societies they evolved With him sports and ways to practice it, and the badminton game appeared in the nineteenth century. It has several names, including badminton or badminton tennis, an old game, known by the English in the year 1970, and army officers used to play it in India, which then became the source of its spread to the whole world. The Chinese have competitions and world championships specifically for this game, in which men and women have participated since 1980.
Secondly: the study problem
The problem of the study came in explaining the role of financial and administrative investment in badminton, which must be focused on in order to build its basic sports facilities in?
2_ What are the obstacles facing investment in the field of economic security in Iraq? What is the nature and type of correlation relationships, and what is the effect between each of sports investment and the speed of response by the sports club staff.
Third: The structure of the study
In writing this article, we relied on dividing it into two requirements. In the first requirement, we dealt with the concept of financial and administrative investment in the Iraqi federation and its role in economic development.

Especially with regard to the legal frameworks related to investment, the laws and legislation in the field of sports investment are not encouraging and motivating and impose a kind of aversion and restrictions In this field, especially since the orientation to the hydrocarbon sector still gets the largest share in contrast to sports investment, which is an Important field, Algeria must give it It is freer because it is a fast-growing sector, and to deal with sports as a real industry, and work to encourage local and foreign investments in this field by establishing a comprehensive policy to reform the sports sector that includes all legislative, procedural, financial and human fields In order to create conditions for creating an Investment climate, as it is the most important encouraging factor on sports investment
Before we look for the role of sports investment, we must explain the concept of sports investment and its importance. Accordingly, we will address this in two branches, the first section Is the definition of sports investment, and in the second section, the Importance of sports investment, as follows, respectively.

The subject of investment has become one of the topics that occupies an important and essential place and in the priorities of economic, financial, banking, administrative studies and other disciplines that are concerned with structural developments in developed societies. Finance by following methods that ensure an increase in savings for the citizen and directing those savings towards investment and choosing tools that contribute to creating real value added to the national economy.
Investment is considered a tool for achieving economic development and one of the pillars of its growth, and it represents an addition to the society’s balance of fixed capital (construction of real estate, purchase of production machinery, construction of halls and sports stadiums, in addition to variable capital (increasing the stock of raw materials and finished or semi-finished goods). Investment is Creation and formation of capital that contributes to the emergence of new productive capacity in improving and protecting the production capacity of national economic projects.
Investment is (dealing with money to obtain profits by giving it up at a specific point in time with the intention of obtaining future financial flows that compensate for the current value of the money used and compensate for the full risk associated with the future.
Investment has many and varied definitions according to the style of study, but investment remains primarily an economic concept, and for this reason it is difficult to define it from a legal or financial point of view. The definition of investment differs from one economy to another. in the future with spending and sacrifice.” As for Dieterlen, “investment is at the heart of economic life, monetary theory, development theory, and interest theory” The latter (sport) has become one of the economic engines in the developed world, after money dominated its world in the transition from mere hobby and pleasure to professionalism, as the latter is one of the elements for the advancement and prosperity of sports on the international scene. What is presented by sports professionalism as a system of privacy in the legislation of laws regulating sports in Professional Sports Law No. (60) of 2017. The problem of sports investment in Iraq is the lack of a real investment environment conducive to success with its economic, political, legislative and security factors, as well as the absence of government support to move towards investment Therefore, this study presents some important aspects about sports investment

It is one of the most Important operations with great benefit and positive returns towards building a future sports economic strategy on which generations depend. Those communities have invested in the sector, especially In the field of sports. Football Is the most famous in the world, so Investment in sports Is among the fastest operations in achieving material gains and developing human resources, in addition to that it will constitute another economic source
The sports Investment project and its expected objectives are summarized as follows:
Achieving a return or material profit through various projects in sports. Increasing commodity and service production in sports products that can be marketed effectively.
Increasing the capacity of the national economy to operate the factor of production, and creating employment opportunities from the workforce, capital, land and management, in a way that eliminates unemployment in all its forms and manifestations.
