As part of the third edition of Sustainability Week, the College of Education at Al-Mustaqbal University welcomed the visit of the Iranian researcher and Head of Research at Razi University to its booth, where he was introduced to the college’s showcased projects and sustainability-focused initiatives.<br />A group of faculty members and organizing committee representatives received the guest and provided a detailed overview of the booth’s contents, which included academic research, case studies, and student-led projects—all aligned with the principles and goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).<br />The visitor expressed great interest in the displayed content, particularly the student initiatives that promoted environmental awareness, student empowerment, and the encouragement of critical and creative thinking. He praised the efforts invested in preparing these activities and highlighted the clear integration between academic knowledge and practical application, emphasizing the importance of international collaboration in advancing sustainability-focused education and research.<br />The visit also included discussions on potential future cooperation in the areas of scientific research and sustainable education—reflecting Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to academic openness and fostering global partnerships.<br />This participation supports several key Sustainable Development Goals, particularly:<br />• Goal 4: Quality Education – by encouraging innovative, student-centered educational initiatives.<br />• Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure – through the integration of modern technologies and practices in academic projects.<br />• Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals – by building international academic relationships that promote joint development.<br />Al-Mustaqbal University – The First University in Iraq.<br />
