Al-Mustaqbal University has achieved a new academic milestone by securing first place among private universities in Iraq and third place among all Iraqi universities, both public and private. Furthermore, the University has been ranked within the 101–125 category among Arab universities, out of 269 institutions, according to the Times Higher Education Arab University Rankings 2027. The University demonstrated strong performance across several key indicators, particularly Research Quality, scoring 60.6, International Outlook (59.6), Industry (19.1), Research Environment (14.5), and Teaching (12.3). For his part, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, expressed his pride in this achievement, emphasizing that it is the result of sustained institutional efforts and a firm commitment to quality and academic excellence. He also praised the contributions of the faculty members, students, and university staff in achieving this progress, reaffirming the University's continued ambition to strengthen its position locally, regionally, and internationally.
