As part of the programming and practical training schedule, practical lectures for the Numerical Analysis course in Matlab continued on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, for second-year students. The lectures were taught by Assistant Lecturer Ali Hussein Jaber, with assistance and application by Teaching Assistant Noor Hassan Obaid.
The lecture focused on the practical application of conditional statements (if and if-else) and loops (for and while loops), and how to program them. Students were guided and trained in writing algorithms and formulating code to control program flow and perform iterative and conditional calculations. This ensures accurate processing of numerical data and a deep understanding of programming operations and applications.
The continuation of these lectures reflects the department's commitment to providing a comprehensive learning environment that combines theoretical and practical aspects. This contributes to preparing students with the necessary skills to keep pace with the rapid developments in artificial intelligence and technology.
