Forensic Science Department Continues Theoretical Biochemistry Lectures for Third-Year Students at Al-Mustaqbal University As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance students' scientific knowledge and academic performance, the Department of Forensic Science at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, continues delivering theoretical lectures in Biochemistry for third-year students, conducted by Lecturer Dr. Karrar Majeed Obaid, within the approved academic curriculum for the 2026–2027 academic year. The lectures cover fundamental biochemical concepts, including chemical reactions, metabolic processes, and the essential roles of biological molecules in regulating physiological functions. These topics contribute to strengthening students' understanding of the relationship between biochemical processes and various biological systems. Furthermore, the lectures emphasize the scientific applications of biochemistry in forensic science, particularly the importance of biochemical analysis in examining biological samples and understanding their chemical changes. They also aim to develop students' analytical thinking, scientific reasoning, and ability to connect theoretical knowledge with laboratory and forensic applications. These academic activities reflect the Department of Forensic Science's continued commitment to improving educational quality, strengthening students' scientific foundations, and preparing qualified graduates equipped with the knowledge and skills required to keep pace with modern developments in medical and forensic sciences. Al-Mustaqbal University Ranks First Among Iraqi Universities.
