Dr. Hussein Safaa Al-Hassani, a lecturer at the Aesthetic and Laser Techniques Department, College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, and a specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and laser surgery, participated in the Third Face & Breast International Symposium, held in Istanbul, Türkiye, in 2026, with the participation of a distinguished group of physicians, surgeons, and researchers from various countries around the world. His participation aimed to explore the latest scientific developments and medical technologies in face and breast surgery, keep abreast of recent advances in plastic and reconstructive surgery, and gain insights into internationally recognized clinical practices and therapeutic protocols. It also provided an opportunity to exchange scientific and professional expertise with specialists from different countries.
