Al-Mustaqbal University enhanced the efficiency of administrative procedures by organizing a training and explanatory workshop on the mechanisms for organizing academic year 2025–2026 documents. The workshop was held on Sunday, November 1, 2026, and was conducted by Engineer Fatima Haider Abbas, Head of the Electronic Document Program, with the participation of officials responsible for final-year students in the university’s colleges and departments.
The workshop included a practical explanation of the steps involved in organizing documents, as well as the procedures for entering and verifying data through the electronic system. It also addressed the most common problems and errors that officials may encounter during the implementation of these procedures and discussed appropriate solutions to address them and prevent their recurrence.
The workshop also emphasized the importance of accuracy in handling data and adhering to approved procedures for documenting and updating information, thereby ensuring document integrity, facilitating issuance procedures, and improving administrative performance.
This workshop is part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s efforts to develop the administrative and technical skills of its staff, strengthen digital transformation, and improve institutional work in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions).
