In line with the directives of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and as part of its efforts to strengthen academic partnerships with reputable Iraqi universities, the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University signed a twinning and scientific cooperation agreement with Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad. The Al-Mustaqbal University delegation was headed by the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi. The agreement was signed with the Dean of Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Wadood Taher Mohammed, in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and several heads of departments at Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering. The Al-Mustaqbal University delegation included Professor Dr. Mohsen Abd Ali Al-Furaiji, Advisor to the University Presidency; Dr. Ali Kamel Karim, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs; and the heads of the academic departments: Professor Dr. Ibrahim Abdullah Mardas, Assistant Professor Dr. Mahmoud Razouqi Janjoon, and Assistant Professor Dr. Firas Thaer Raouf. The agreement aims to strengthen research collaboration, exchange academic expertise, develop educational programmes, and organize joint scientific activities, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of engineering education and scientific research.
