Under the Patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, and with the participation of Engineer Mohammed Abdul Karim Razouqi and students from the Department of Biomedical Engineering, a scientific visit was organized to the Sixth International Health Exhibition and Conference (HEALTH EXPO IRAQ 2026), held at the Baghdad International Fairgrounds, with the participation of numerous companies and institutions specializing in the medical and healthcare sectors. The visit included a field tour of the participating medical companies’ pavilions and exhibition booths, where students explored the latest medical devices, equipment, and advanced technologies in diagnosis, treatment, and healthcare technology. They also learned about prominent innovations and engineering solutions employed in advancing the healthcare sector. This visit reflects the Department’s commitment to strengthening students’ practical skills, bridging academic knowledge with modern technological developments, expanding their scientific and professional horizons, and preparing qualified engineering graduates capable of keeping pace with the latest advancements in Biomedical Engineering.
