**The University Environment and Its Role in Building Students’ Personalities and Developing Their Skills** The Department of Accounting at the College of Administrative Sciences, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized a scientific workshop entitled **“The University Environment and Its Role in Building Students’ Personalities and Developing Their Skills,”** delivered by Lecturer Asst. Lect. Ibtihal Saad Hashim. The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of the university environment in shaping students’ personalities and enhancing their academic and practical abilities. It also emphasized its role in developing effective communication, teamwork, creative thinking, and a sense of responsibility. Furthermore, the workshop addressed the importance of providing a positive and stimulating university environment that contributes to discovering students’ talents, strengthening their self-confidence, and preparing them to face the challenges of professional and working life in line with labor market requirements. This workshop is part of a series of scientific and awareness-raising activities organized by the Department of Accounting to develop students’ skills and enhance their academic and personal capabilities.
