As part of its commitment to maintaining the continuity of the educational process and ensuring that students complete the prescribed academic curriculum, the Department of Biochemistry at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, delivered an online make-up lecture for fourth-year students. The lecture was presented by Lecturer Hannadi Tahseen Muslim to compensate for a scheduled lecture missed due to an official holiday. This online lecture was organized to ensure that students continue their academic studies according to the approved course schedule without affecting the planned progression of the curriculum. Providing make-up lectures is an important measure in maintaining academic consistency and ensuring that students receive the required instructional hours throughout the academic year. The online format enabled students to access the lecture remotely and follow the scientific material through electronic learning platforms. This approach also supported flexibility in learning and helped students remain engaged with their academic responsibilities while keeping pace with the requirements of the fourth stage of their university studies. The initiative reflects the commitment of the teaching staff in the Department of Biochemistry to fulfilling their academic responsibilities and making effective use of digital learning methods to compensate for missed lectures. It also highlights the importance of coordination between teaching staff and students in maintaining an organized learning process and achieving the intended educational objectives. Through these efforts, the Department of Biochemistry continues to support the quality of education, ensure the completion of scheduled academic requirements, and provide students with the necessary opportunities to progress successfully throughout the academic year.
