As part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s efforts to promote digital transformation and enhance the quality of online content, the Civil Engineering Department at the College of Engineering organized a specialized workshop presented by Assistant Lecturer Kawthar Haider Abdul Latif and Assistant Lecturer Israa Abdul Jalil. The workshop was attended by the website administrators of the Civil Engineering and Biomedical Engineering Departments to discuss strategies for website development and content management in line with academic and media publishing requirements. The workshop addressed the technical and organizational aspects of website management, including updating data and information, publishing news and scientific and student activities, and documenting academic events accurately and systematically. It also explored approaches to improving content presentation and facilitating access to published information. Furthermore, the workshop emphasized the importance of standardizing digital work procedures and exchanging expertise among website administrators from both departments. These efforts aim to enhance digital content management, streamline publishing procedures, and ensure the continuous updating of information according to professional standards that reflect the university’s academic and institutional identity.
