The Head of the Department of English at the College of Education, Al-Mustaqbal University, Dr. Salam Hassan Makki, held a regular meeting with second-year student representatives, attended by the Department Rapporteur, Mr. Hassan Abdul-Kadhim, and a number of faculty members. The meeting aimed to address the key developments and challenges facing students, listen to their opinions and feedback regarding academic and administrative matters, and discuss effective ways to resolve problems and overcome obstacles that may hinder their academic progress. The attendees emphasized the importance of maintaining continuous communication between the department administration and students to help provide a supportive learning environment, enhance academic performance, monitor students’ needs, and work towards finding appropriate solutions to the challenges they face.
