Prof. Dr. Ali Kadhim Al-Bairmani delivered an academic lecture entitled “Data Link Layer” to third-year students in the Department of Computer Engineering Techniques at Al-Mustaqbal University, as part of the Network Protocols course. The lecture aimed to strengthen students’ understanding of the fundamental concepts of network layers and their role in facilitating data exchange between connected devices. The lecture addressed the significance of the Data Link Layer in network communication, focusing on its principal functions, including frame organization, media access control, and error detection during data transmission.
