The Department of Financial and Banking Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an educational guidance workshop entitled “Educational Guidance and Advice for Female Students,” delivered by Assistant Lecturers Noor Shamkhi and Ghadeer Haider Saeed, with the participation of a number of female students from the department. The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of educational guidance in supporting students and enhancing their educational and behavioral awareness. It also provided a range of advice and guidance to help students develop their university personalities, build self-confidence, manage their time effectively, fulfill their academic responsibilities, and establish positive relationships within the university environment. The workshop also emphasized the importance of upholding ethical values and adhering to proper university conduct. Furthermore, it highlighted the role of educational guidance in helping female students overcome academic and social challenges and deal with them positively, thereby contributing to a supportive university environment that encourages academic success and excellence. This workshop is part of the department’s ongoing efforts to enhance students’ educational awareness and address their psychological and behavioral needs alongside academic achievement.
