The Accounting Department at the College of Administrative Sciences, Al-Mustaqbal University, held a scientific workshop entitled“The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research,” delivered by Lecturer Asst. Lect. Ali Mirza Abdul-Hamza Al-Issawi. The workshop aimed to highlight the role of artificial intelligence technologies in advancing scientific research and enhancing researchers’ efficiency in conducting academic studies. The workshop addressed the application of artificial intelligence tools at various stages of the research process, beginning with identifying research problems and formulating research questions, followed by information gathering, data analysis, and reference organization, and concluding with improving academic writing. It also emphasized the importance of verifying information accuracy and adhering to research ethics and academic integrity. The workshop highlighted the importance of keeping pace with modern technological developments and employing them responsibly and scientifically to improve the quality of scholarly output and strengthen research skills among academic staff and researchers, in line with Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to innovation and digital transformation in higher education.
