The Aesthetic and Laser Techniques Department at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized an awareness activity on Safety and Mental Health on Monday, October 19, 2026. The activity was presented by Ms. Huda Rafid Abdul Khaliq in the college corridors, aiming to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and its role in achieving psychological and social well-being, while promoting safety practices within the university environment. The activity included raising students’ awareness of the importance of maintaining mental health, managing daily stress positively, and adopting behaviors that contribute to creating a safe and healthy university environment. It also emphasized the importance of promoting awareness and individual responsibility in ensuring everyone’s safety. This activity is part of the department’s ongoing efforts to enhance students’ health and psychological awareness and support initiatives that contribute to building a positive and safe university environment.
