The Aesthetic and Laser Techniques Department at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized a scientific workshop entitled “Common Errors in Laser Sessions” on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. The workshop was delivered by the Department Rapporteur, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Jassim, aiming to enhance scientific and professional awareness of the proper practices in using laser devices. The workshop addressed the most common errors that may occur during laser sessions, their causes, and potential consequences. It also highlighted the importance of selecting appropriate device settings according to skin type and individual conditions, while emphasizing adherence to safety procedures and scientific guidelines to minimize potential risks and complications. Furthermore, the workshop emphasized the importance of acquiring the scientific knowledge and practical skills necessary to operate laser devices efficiently and responsibly, contributing to improving service quality and ensuring clients’ safety. This workshop is part of the department’s ongoing scientific activities aimed at developing students’ skills, enhancing their practical experience, and keeping pace with the latest developments in aesthetic and laser techniques.
