As part of the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University’s efforts to enhance specialized knowledge and develop professional skills, a workshop entitled “Developing the Roles of Banking Employees” was held on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Humanities Building at the university. The workshop was delivered by Ms. Noor Shammakhi Mouhan and Asst. Lecturer Ghadeer Haider Saeed. The workshop addressed the importance of developing the skills of employees in the banking sector and their role in improving job performance, enhancing the quality of financial and banking services, strengthening communication and customer service skills, and keeping pace with modern technological developments in banking. The workshop also emphasized the importance of continuous training and professional development for banking employees, highlighting their contribution to improving institutional performance and enhancing the quality of banking services in line with the evolving requirements of the financial and banking sector. This workshop reflects the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences’ commitment to strengthening students’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills, raising their awareness of banking labor market requirements, and preparing qualified graduates with the knowledge and competencies needed to keep pace with developments in the financial and banking sector.
