Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, and under the supervision of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Abbas Abdul Ali Al-Bawi, the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at Al-Mustaqbal University held an in-person training workshop entitled “The Electronic Survey Platform at Al-Mustaqbal University.” The workshop was attended by several staff members responsible for measurement and evaluation, quality assurance, and website management across the university’s colleges, departments, and administrative units. The workshop addressed the importance of electronic surveys in data collection and analysis, the procedures for designing and conducting surveys, and the methods of extracting results. It also highlighted how survey findings and indicators can support decision-making and improve academic and administrative performance, thereby strengthening the university’s culture of quality assurance, continuous evaluation, and digital transformation. Asst. Lecturer Ghadeer Haider Saeed, the Website Officer at the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences, attended the workshop to learn about the platform’s features and enhance her skills in managing electronic surveys and utilizing their results to support institutional quality. This workshop is part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s ongoing efforts to develop the professional skills of its academic and administrative staff, promote the use of digital technologies, and enhance institutional performance and quality.
