The Aesthetic and Laser Techniques Department organized a scientific workshop entitled “Legal Liability for Medical Errors,” presented by Lecturer Mona Mohammed Kadhim on October 19, 2026. The workshop targeted second-year students. The workshop aimed to introduce students to the concept of legal liability associated with medical errors and explain the legal and ethical aspects of healthcare practices. It also highlighted the importance of adhering to professional regulations and approved guidelines in the field of aesthetics and laser techniques. Furthermore, the workshop emphasized the importance of enhancing students’ legal awareness to prepare qualified professionals who understand their professional responsibilities and are committed to providing services in accordance with established scientific and professional standards, thereby ensuring the safety of clients and protecting their rights. This workshop reflects the Aesthetic and Laser Techniques Department’s commitment to promoting students’ scientific and legal awareness and integrating theoretical knowledge with professional practice.
