As part of the Department of Radiological Technologies’ commitment to strengthening communication with students and enhancing the quality of the educational process, the Department of Radiological Technologies at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, held a coordination meeting with the participation of **Assist. Lecturer Ali Hussein**, Department Council Rapporteur; **Assist. Lecturer Ali Fadhil Hashim**, Department Website Officer; and **Assist. Lecturer Noor Sabah**, Quality Officer, alongside students. The meeting addressed several topics related to student affairs and academic requirements, as well as the role of the Quality Committee in developing educational performance and improving the university learning environment. It also highlighted the importance of continuous communication between students, academic staff, and relevant committees to identify needs and proposals that contribute to improving educational services. Furthermore, the meeting emphasized the importance of student participation in supporting academic quality standards and developing communication and information-sharing mechanisms through the department’s official website.
