Al-Mustaqbal University participated with an official delegation in the 15th International Conference on Educational Studies and Applied Linguistics (VESAL 2026), hosted by Tishk International University in Erbil. The conference brought together distinguished academic leaders, officials, researchers, and specialists in educational studies and applied linguistics to discuss scientific developments and exchange academic expertise and perspectives. The conference was attended by Mr. Alan Hama Saeed, Minister of Education in the Kurdistan Region; Prof. Dr. Idris Hadi Saleh, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Tishk International University; and Prof. Dr. Sultan Abu Orabi, President of Tishk International University in Erbil, alongside representatives of higher education institutions, experts, and academics. Al-Mustaqbal University was represented at the conference by Prof. Dr. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, on behalf of the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Tariq Jawad Kadhim, Director of the Scientific Affairs Department. This participation reflects the University’s commitment to keeping abreast of scientific developments and strengthening communication with academic institutions at both local and international levels. This participation reaffirms Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to expanding academic cooperation, building strategic partnerships with universities and educational institutions, and exchanging expertise and best practices in higher education. It also provides opportunities to explore research collaboration and advance teaching methodologies in line with contemporary scientific and intellectual developments.
