The Department of Biology at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a practical scientific workshop for fourth-year students on Monday, 19 October 2026, under the supervision of Asst. Lect. Tharaa Habib Khudair, in the Biology Laboratory of the Laboratory Building. The workshop aimed to develop students’ skills in using microscopes and handling biological specimens in accordance with established scientific principles. The workshop included a practical explanation of microscope operation, adjustment of its components, and proper handling techniques. It also introduced students to laboratory techniques used in preparing and examining biological specimens and observing their details. These activities helped students connect theoretical knowledge with practical application and develop their abilities to conduct laboratory examinations accurately. This workshop is part of the Department of Biology’s efforts to develop students’ practical skills and strengthen their laboratory experience in line with the requirements of their scientific specialization and the approved academic plan.
