Al-Mustaqbal University Signs Scientific and Academic Cooperation Agreement with Cihan University–Erbil As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen academic cooperation and expand institutional partnerships with Iraqi universities, Al-Mustaqbal University has signed a joint scientific and academic cooperation agreement with Cihan University–Erbil. The agreement aims to strengthen academic relations, facilitate the exchange of expertise and knowledge, and develop cooperation in scientific, academic, and research fields. The agreement was signed on behalf of Cihan University–Erbil by its President, Professor Dr. Amjad Al-Dalwiy, and on behalf of Al-Mustaqbal University by Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision. This initiative reflects both universities’ commitment to establishing effective partnerships that support academic development and promote collaborative initiatives. The agreement seeks to open new horizons for cooperation in scientific research, facilitate the exchange of academic expertise, and support joint initiatives that contribute to improving the quality of higher education, advancing academic and research standards, and strengthening knowledge sharing between the two institutions.
