On October 21, 2026, the Aesthetic and Laser Techniques Department organized a scientific visit to the Burns Unit at Imam Al-Sadiq Hospital, under the supervision and coordination of Dr. Haider Riyadh Abees, with the participation of third-year students. The visit aimed to strengthen students’ practical knowledge and bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world professional practice. The visit included an introduction to the nature of work in the Burns Unit, an overview of the procedures followed in caring for burn patients, and an exploration of professional responsibilities related to the students’ field of specialization, as well as potential career opportunities for graduates in public healthcare institutions. This visit is part of the scientific activities organized by the Department to enhance students’ field experience, broaden their professional knowledge, and prepare them for the requirements of the labor market after graduation.
