The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, accompanied by the Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Prof. Dr. Zahraa Haleem Al-Qaim, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji, visited the awareness corner of the Industrial College Technologies Department at the College of Health and Medical Technologies on Monday, October 19, 2026, as part of the activities of the National Forum for Early Detection of Breast Cancer. During the visit, they reviewed the educational materials and awareness brochures prepared by the department for the forum. The awareness corner featured a collection of educational brochures highlighting the importance of early detection of breast cancer, alongside health topics related to kidney diseases, prevention methods, and the importance of maintaining kidney health and function. These materials aimed to disseminate health information and raise community awareness. This participation reflects the Industrial College Technologies Department’s commitment to contributing to health awareness activities and initiatives, while strengthening the university’s role in community service and promoting health education, in alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being).
