As part of its ongoing efforts to improve administrative performance and advance institutional effectiveness, the Deanship of the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University, under the direction of the Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, held a meeting with the rapporteurs and administrative staff of the academic departments, attended by the Administrative Director of the Deanship. The meeting focused on discussing ways to improve administrative procedures and strengthen coordination between the Deanship and the academic departments. The meeting addressed several key areas, including the organization and follow-up of official correspondence, the development of administrative transaction procedures, and the standardization of work practices to improve efficiency, ensure accuracy, and accelerate the completion of administrative tasks. It also emphasized fostering cooperation and ensuring effective coordination among administrative units and academic departments. The meeting highlighted the importance of adhering to approved administrative procedures, strengthening effective communication, and promoting shared responsibility. These measures are expected to contribute positively to the quality of administrative performance and support the College’s academic mission.
