The Dean of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, chaired an expanded meeting with the administrative staff of the college’s departments and units on Wednesday morning, October 14, 2026, to discuss mechanisms for developing administrative work and improving institutional performance efficiency. The Dean opened the meeting by welcoming the attendees and appreciating their efforts in fulfilling their assigned duties and responsibilities. He emphasized the importance of accuracy and promptness in completing tasks and adhering to approved legal regulations and instructions when preparing administrative orders and official correspondence, ensuring procedural integrity and the accurate processing of transactions. The meeting also emphasized strengthening teamwork, maintaining electronic and paper-based records of data and official documents, and improving the quality of services provided to students and researchers. The Dean listened to the main obstacles and challenges facing administrative work and directed that the necessary measures be taken to address them and overcome difficulties, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and effective organization. This meeting is part of the College of Science Dean’s Office efforts to develop administrative performance and enhance institutional efficiency in line with the objectives of the college and the university.
