On Monday, October 12, 2026, the department’s laboratories hosted a continuation of practical sessions for the "Neural Computing using Python" course for third-year students. The sessions were conducted under the supervision of the course instructor, Dr. Abdul-Kadhim Abdul-Karim Abdul-Kadhim, with the participation of Teaching Assistant Noor Hassan Obeid.
The laboratory session featured intensive exercises focused on hands-on programming to build algorithms and artificial neural networks, as well as designing intelligent models using specialized Python libraries. Students demonstrated great engagement and keen interest while carrying out the experiments and practical exercises; this enabled them to bridge the gap between complex theoretical concepts and direct programming applications, while also enhancing their data analysis and processing skills.
The continuation of these lectures reflects the department's commitment to providing a comprehensive educational environment that integrates theory and practice. This approach aims to prepare students with the necessary skills to keep pace with rapid advancements in the fields of artificial intelligence and technology.
