As part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to ensuring the regularity of the educational process and monitoring official attendance, the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, conducted an inspection tour of the college’s halls and educational facilities on Sunday, 10 October 2026, accompanied by the College Dean, Dr. Zahraa Haleem Al-Qaim, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al-Khafaji. The tour aimed to review attendance, ensure the regular delivery of theoretical and practical lectures, and monitor students’ adherence to the scheduled academic timetable. The tour included visits to classrooms, laboratories, and educational facilities to review the progress of lectures and monitor the attendance of students and teaching staff. It also involved following up on the provision of the necessary resources to ensure the continuity of the educational process and maintain a suitable university environment that contributes to achieving the desired academic objectives. The University President emphasized the importance of adhering to the designated academic timetable and continuously monitoring attendance and lectures. He stressed the need for cooperation among the College Dean’s Office, teaching staff, and administrative personnel to ensure the smooth operation of the educational process and provide an appropriate learning environment that supports students’ academic progress. For her part, the College Dean, Dr. Zahraa Haleem Al-Qaim, together with the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al-Khafaji, reaffirmed the College Dean’s Office’s commitment to monitoring attendance and ensuring the continuity of theoretical and practical lectures. They also emphasized the importance of addressing any obstacles that might affect the educational process, in line with the University Presidency’s directives and academic quality requirements. This tour is part of the ongoing field follow-up conducted by the Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University to strengthen university discipline, ensure regular attendance and uninterrupted lectures, and enhance academic and administrative performance.
