As part of its commitment to supporting academic excellence and fostering a culture of distinction and innovation among students, the Engineering Technical College at Al-Mustaqbal University held a ceremony on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, to honor the top-performing students in the Computer Engineering Technologies Department. The ceremony recognized the top three students from each academic stage in the department in appreciation of their outstanding academic achievements and as an encouragement for them to continue their academic journey with dedication, perseverance, and ambition. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, followed by the recitation of Surah Al-Fatiha in memory of the martyrs of Iraq. Afterwards, the Dean of the Engineering Technical College, Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, delivered a speech on the occasion, congratulating the distinguished students and commending their academic efforts. He emphasized that supporting outstanding student talent constitutes a fundamental pillar in the College’s efforts to enhance academic standards and improve the quality of educational outcomes. Following the speech, the Dean of the Engineering Technical College, Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, accompanied by the Administrative Assistant Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Issam Mohi, honored the outstanding students in an atmosphere that reflected pride in their academic achievements and recognition of the exemplary model they have demonstrated through perseverance and excellence. This recognition comes within the framework of the College’s efforts to encourage positive academic competition among students and to promote a spirit of creativity and excellence.
