In a New Scientific Achievement, a Lecturer at Al-Mustaqbal University Publishes a Research Paper in Collaboration with the University of Kufa In a scientific achievement that reflects the continued interest in scientific research at Al-Mustaqbal University, a joint research paper co-authored by Asst. Lect. Ali Yousif Ibrahim from the Department of Accounting, College of Administrative Sciences, was published in the Al-Ghary Journal of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Volume (22), Issue (1), 2026, one of the distinguished and reputable academic journals at the national level. The research was entitled: “Analysis of Significant Differences in Reducing Cognitive Distortions According to Academic Experience Levels among Faculty Members of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics – University of Kufa” The research team included: * Asst. Lect. Ali Yousif Ali – Al-Mustaqbal University / College of Administrative Sciences. * Asst. Lect. Hassan Ismail Mohammed – University of Kufa / College of Urban Planning. * Asst. Lect. Ameir Hikmat Abdullah – University of Kufa / College of Computer Science and Mathematics. The study examined the significant differences and their role in reducing cognitive distortions according to academic experience levels among faculty members of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Kufa, through analyzing a set of variables associated with academic experience and their implications for cognitive distortions. The researchers adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, collecting data through a questionnaire and statistically analyzing the responses. A total of 82 valid responses were obtained after excluding invalid responses, with a response rate of 98%. The analysis was conducted using SPSS V.27 and AMOS V.27, in addition to several statistical methods, including standard deviation, coefficient of variation, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and post-hoc tests. The findings revealed an inverse relationship between the research variables, highlighting the importance of academic experience in reducing cognitive distortions and emphasizing the need for further research into the factors influencing the academic environment. This scientific publication further confirms the research presence of Al-Mustaqbal University’s academic staff, as well as the University’s support for scientific and academic output and its encouragement of faculty members to actively contribute to scientific research and publish their studies in specialized academic journals.
