Workshop on Updating Scientific and Academic Website Content

Al-Mustaqbal University organized a workshop for website coordinators of all colleges, departments, and units on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at Abdul Razzaq Hall, Medical Building, Ground Floor, with the aim of clarifying mechanisms for updating and enhancing the scientific and academic content of university websites and strengthening the digital presence of scientific and academic activities. The workshop was attended by Hiba Ali Khazal, the website coordinator of the Department of Communications Engineering Technologies, and addressed several important topics, including updating the personal profiles of teaching staff and teaching assistants, adding accurate information and recent official photographs, and preparing and publishing scientific articles on a regular basis. The workshop also discussed mechanisms for uploading academic lectures and practical laboratory experiments to the website, as well as the importance of weekly documentation of conducted lectures and practical experiments through photographs and relevant information, including the title of the lecture or experiment, a brief description, and the relevant academic stage. The workshop aimed to organize and continuously update website content, highlight the scientific and academic activities of departments, and promote digital transformation in the educational process, in support of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 9, which focuses on industry, innovation, and infrastructure. This workshop is part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s, the first-ranked private university in Iraq, ongoing efforts to develop scientific and digital content, enhance the quality of education, and strengthen academic communication.
