The Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University organised today, Tuesday, 6 October 2026, a specialised and comprehensive in-person workshop aimed at developing and enhancing the skills of website managers across all colleges, departments, and academic units of the University. The workshop was attended by the Website Manager of the Department of Business Administration, Programmer Athraa Riad Mansour, as part of the University’s plans to modernise and develop the technical and digital capabilities of its staff and enhance overall digital performance. The training workshop commenced at 9:00 a.m. in the specialised training halls at the University Presidency. Its intensive sessions focused on equipping participants with the latest programming and technical skills required to manage and develop the University’s new digital platforms. The workshop also provided practical guidance on using the “Academic Lectures Dashboard” to facilitate the regular uploading of faculty members’ course materials and ensure convenient access for students. In addition, participants received practical training aimed at enhancing digital publishing capabilities and improving the accurate and reliable preparation of academic articles and news reports. These efforts are intended to transform academic department websites into interactive digital platforms that support the quality of the educational process and highlight departmental achievements in innovation and sustainable development. At the conclusion of the workshop, emphasis was placed on the immediate implementation of the technical skills acquired and the application of comprehensive software updates across the websites of the University’s academic departments. These measures are expected to significantly enhance the quality of digital publishing, facilitate virtual communication with students and the academic community, and support Al-Mustaqbal University’s ongoing digital transformation and technological advancement as Iraq’s leading private university.
