The Department of Life Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University conducted the election of the Third-Year Student Representative – Group B on Monday, October 5, 2026. The election was supervised by the Student Representatives Election Committee, comprising the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Ali Shaalan Muaylif; Department Rapporteur, M.M. Jaafar Hamed Jaafar; and M.M. Zainab Nazim Aziz, with the participation of third-year students. The election aimed to enhance student participation and provide students with the opportunity to choose a representative for their group, contributing to effective communication between students and the department and supporting the follow-up of their academic needs. The election included the candidacy of Hama Mohammed Sahib, Ali Murtadha, and Mohammed Al-Baqir. The voting process was conducted according to an organized electoral procedure, and the results showed that Mohammed Salem was elected as the representative of Third-Year Students – Group B. The election also witnessed active participation and interaction from the third-year students, reflecting their role in participating in the activities and organizational procedures adopted by the department. The election of student representatives comes as part of the Department of Life Sciences’ commitment to enhancing student participation and supporting their role in the educational process and university environment, in line with the approved academic and administrative procedures.
