Department of Anesthesia Techniques Organizes Humanitarian Visit to Elderly Care Home in Response to Residents’ Needs

As part of Al Mustaqbal University’s commitment to serving the community and promoting the values of solidarity and humanitarian support, a delegation of faculty members from the Department of Anesthesia Techniques, joined by a number of faculty members from the Department of Emergency Medicine at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, conducted a humanitarian visit to an elderly care home in response to a request from the facility and to meet the essential needs of its residents. The visit included providing and delivering a number of the requested supplies, as well as meeting with the residents and learning about their needs. The visit was characterized by a spirit of care, attention, and appreciation for the elderly, reflecting the participants’ commitment to offering support and assistance. This initiative is part of the community service and social responsibility activities carried out by the College of Health and Medical Technologies and its academic departments. It reflects the College’s belief in the important humanitarian role of the university and the need to strengthen communication with different segments of society through practical initiatives that create a positive impact. The participants emphasized the importance of continuing to organize humanitarian visits and initiatives, given their role in promoting the values of giving, solidarity, and volunteerism, while strengthening social responsibility among the university community.
