Department of Communication Technologies Participates in Workshop on Academic Description

The Web Coordinator and Quality Assurance Officer of the Department of Communication Technologies at the College of Engineering Technologies, Al-Mustaqbal University, participated on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, in an online workshop organized by the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, in accordance with the directives of the University Presidency, with the participation of the Central Quality Assurance Officer and quality committee members from the university’s colleges. The workshop provided a detailed explanation of the procedures for uploading the academic description for the 2025–2026 academic year to the university’s website, including uploading the relevant documents and files. It also introduced the new platform added to the university website and explained the proper procedures for completing forms and uploading academic files accurately. The workshop aimed to unify procedures for documenting and publishing academic descriptions electronically, contributing to the enhancement of academic performance, the development of educational programs, and continuous improvement in accordance with quality assurance and academic accreditation standards. It also sought to improve the efficiency of electronic platform use and facilitate the regular updating of academic data and documents. The participation reflects the Department of Communication Technologies’ commitment to supporting quality assurance and digital transformation, enhancing the efficiency of academic and administrative practices, and keeping pace with modern developments in higher education. The workshop also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure. Al-Mustaqbal University continues its efforts to advance academic quality and digital transformation, strengthening its leading position in higher education and maintaining its status as the No. 1 private university in Iraq.
