The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majid, accompanied by the Scientific Assistant, Assistant Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Baawi, and the accompanying delegation, participated in the ministerial meeting held to discuss admission mechanisms at private universities and colleges on Tuesday morning, September 29, 2026. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Minister for Scientific Research Affairs, Prof. Dr. Haider Abdul Dhahid, in the presence of a number of Directors General at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as presidents of private universities and colleges and directors of their registration departments. The meeting discussed admission procedures and the mechanisms for application and registration, in addition to the related organizational and technical aspects, in accordance with the approved ministerial regulations and instructions. The meeting also addressed a number of inquiries and observations concerning admission procedures and their implementation mechanisms, with relevant technical and organizational aspects clarified, contributing to the unification of work procedures among private higher education institutions. #AlMustaqbal_University_First_in_Iraq.
