The College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University held an expanded meeting in preparation for the commencement of the new academic year. The meeting was chaired by Professor Dr. Zahraa Haleem Al-Qaim, Dean of the College, and attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji, Scientific Assistant Dean, along with the heads of the scientific departments and college staff. The meeting addressed several key academic and administrative matters related to preparations for the new academic year, with the aim of ensuring the effective organization of the educational process and enhancing the quality of academic and administrative performance. It also included a review of the requirements of the scientific departments and preparations for providing an appropriate academic environment for students and teaching staff. The meeting also emphasized the importance of strengthening scientific, cultural, and awareness-raising activities, as well as organizing workshops, seminars, and academic events that contribute to supporting the educational process and highlighting the scientific activities of the College and its academic departments. Furthermore, the meeting addressed the importance of continuing to develop and regularly update the College and academic departments’ official websites, with particular emphasis on documenting and publishing academic news, activities, events, and achievements. This contributes to strengthening the College’s digital presence and showcasing its academic and institutional activities. At the conclusion of the meeting, the College Deanship emphasized the importance of cooperation and coordination among the academic departments and staff, as well as adherence to academic and administrative plans and directives, ensuring an organized and effective start to the new academic year and contributing to the achievement of the College’s objectives in line with the vision of Al-Mustaqbal University The First University in Iraq.
