The University of Al-Mustaqbal participated in the activities of the 12th International Workshop on Green and Sustainable University Rankings (IWGM 2026), held at Trier University of Applied Sciences – Birkenfeld Environmental Campus, Germany, from 24 to 27 August 2026, with international participation from specialists in the fields of sustainability and university development. The university was represented by its President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, who took part in the workshop held under the theme: “Advancing Sustainable Campuses through Governance, Digitalization, and Integrated Performance.” The workshop addressed a number of key areas related to enhancing institutional performance and promoting sustainability practices within higher education institutions. At the conclusion of the workshop, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi was awarded a certificate of appreciation in recognition of his active participation and distinguished representation of the University of Al-Mustaqbal at this international forum. This reflects the university’s growing presence in global academic events and its continued commitment to sustainability and institutional development.
