As part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s efforts to strengthen applied education and develop students’ scientific skills, the Department of Animal Production Techniques at the College of Agricultural Technologies launched the scientific lectures for the Artificial Insemination course for second-year students on Saturday, September 26, 2026, as part of the academic program for the 2026–2027 academic year. The lectures commenced with the first session of the Artificial Insemination course, delivered by the course instructor, Asst. Lecturer Ahmed Jameel Al-Taie. The lecture addressed the fundamental principles of artificial insemination and its importance in farm animals, highlighting its role in improving reproductive efficiency and supporting modern animal production practices. The lecture also included a scientific explanation of the male and female reproductive systems, their anatomical parts, and the functions of each component. It further clarified their roles in the reproductive process, helping students develop a comprehensive understanding of the scientific foundations underlying artificial insemination techniques and their practical applications in farm animals. The lecture witnessed active participation and engagement from the second-year students through discussions and scientific questions, contributing to the enhancement of their knowledge and strengthening the connection between theoretical concepts and practical applications in the field of animal production.
