Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, accompanied by Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, Scientific Assistant to the University President, inspected the New Students Registration Department on Sunday morning, 27 September 2026, to review on-site the progress of application procedures and the reception of students seeking admission to the University's colleges and departments for the 2026–2027 academic year. During the visit, the University President reviewed the procedures adopted for receiving new students and processing their applications. He directed the concerned staff to provide high-quality services, facilitate application procedures for students and their families, and offer the necessary information and guidance to ensure a smooth and efficient admission and registration process. The New Students Registration Department continues to provide guidance and support to applicants through the Ministry's “Qaddim” electronic application platform. These services include assisting students in completing the available online application procedures, explaining the registration process and subsequent steps, and introducing applicants to the University's available colleges, departments, and academic programmes, as well as the nature of study and related career prospects. The University President commended the efforts of the department's staff, stressing the importance of continuing to work as one team and providing comprehensive support and guidance to students and their families.
